Nessa Chat – Beyond Language.
Nessa Chat respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
- Information we collect. We collect: (a) account information you provide (name, email, password); (b) messages and content you send within the app; (c) device and usage data (e.g. for push notifications and improving the service).
- How we use it. We use this to provide the app, send you notifications, improve our services, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.
- Data retention. We retain your data while your account is active. After account deletion we remove your account data in line with our data retention practices.
- Sharing. We may share data with service providers (e.g. hosting, push notifications) under strict agreements. We may disclose data when required by law.
- Security. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
- Your rights. Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. You can delete your account in the app at any time under Settings → Delete account. You may also request account and data deletion here (including by email if you cannot access the app).
- Children. The service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
- Changes. We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes as required by law.
